Begin by closing your eyes and focus on relaxing each part of your body. You can do this by imagining a bright white light filling your body inch by inch and relaxing each part of your body as it travels through. Let the light travel from your feet up towards your head. Let the sense of relaxation spread through your body slowly and progress to your head. When this light fills your body, imagine the warmth and calmness of the light completing each part of you. Now imagine a bubble forming just above your head. Fill this bubble with each worry or stress that you have been experiencing.
