Discover Your Inner Treasures Meditation

Discover Your Inner Treasures
Sit comfortably in a quiet place.
Let your mind and body relax.
Imagine you are approaching a calm shore line.
The warm sunshine is warming your face.
Your approach the shoreline and take a step into the water.
It is the perfect temperature.
You dive in and discover you can breather under the water.
You swim deeper into the depths of the water.
You see a treasure chest with your name on it.
You open it to discover treasures representing your true dreams and goals.
You grab these items and swim with them in your arms.
You bring them to shore with you.

Look at these items carefully.
Are these items you wish to have?
Are these life goals?
What is holding you back?

Stop holding yourself back, go for it! Achieve your dreams!

Black Blood is a term given to an entity that has been created from the manifestation of negativity within the body. Black Blood begins as negative energy that flows from an area within the body that over time if not treated can spread through other areas within the body and eventually can begin to manifest. Have you ever known someone who is usually in a negative state of mind and over time their appearance changes? Their “misery shows” over the years? This is an example.  Over the years I have dealt with many clients who have Black Blood within their systems....

Continuous Creativity: The Slit-Mouthed Woman (Kuchisake-Onna)

According to Japanese legend when Kuchisake-onna (the Slit-Mouthed Woman) asks you a question, you better give her the right answer or you may suffer a terrible fate. She's one of the most frightening and well-known legends. She is said to brandish large scissors and seek out those who are passing her by. The stories throughout the years detail her horrific appearance- with a jagged and bloody scar resembling a smile. She covers her mouth with a surgical mask at times. She was disfigured and murdered by a jealous husband, she is now a malicious spirit returned from the dead who can appear anywhere at any time. She always asks her prey one question: “Am I pretty?” You better give her the answer she wants to hear or outwit her and hope to escape her wrath.
