Mystical Techniques: Pendulums

 A pendulum is a simple tool to create- a cord or chain with usually a crystal attached to the end. This divination tool is usually focused on yes/no questions. If the pendulum is made by the user it typically increases the bond between tool and user. There are two different variations to how they are typically read. The clockwise/counter clockwise and back-and-forth style.  How it is used: Hold it gently within your hand, typically between your fingers so the pendulum and cord can dangle freely. Focus your energy down the cord to build a connection. It is important to program it before you ask any questions. Some people use the clockwise/counter clockwise style with back or forth direction as a maybe. Back and forth in a vertical direction means yes, side to side for no, clockwise for maybe. Simple "Do-it-Yourself" Oracle Reading

The art of divination can be quite simple. This exercise is an excellent tool in activating your own intuition and developing your intuitive skills. Taking an easy approach to developing your abilities allows you to discover yourself without pressure. Sometimes you can limit yourself when you put pressure on yourself. It can strain the process and makes learning difficult. Intuitive skills are instinct. 1. Find a quiet area that you find most comfortable. 2. Clear your mind and think of a simple question, such as “How will today go?” 3. Focus on your question then clear your mind. Your intuition will come up with an immediate answer. Such as “Your day will go great”. Do not doubt or over think the response. Intuition is an instinct. An automatic answer with confidence is known as your intuitive answer. This exercise may seem quite basic and almost common sense , but it is an excellent step towards your intuitive technique and is an excellent daily practice.
